In order to provide you with a secure, reliable and innovative online payment platform we must periodically update our test and production environments.

Therefore, we plan an update of our PRODUCTION database on 02/07/2025 (instead of 26/06/2025) between 05:30 and 06:30 CEST.

Impact on your PRODUCTION account:

The PRODUCTION environment will be unavailable for 20 seconds during the maintenance.

We have performed testing on our internal system to ensure that the planned maintenance can be completed within the proposed timeframe.

During the update our team of experts will also monitor all processes closely to ensure that the maintenance is correctly completed and any resulting issues are immediately addressed.
