Please be informed that the maintenance at Worldline in the PRODUCTION environment, originally scheduled for 16 and 17 September, has been POSTPONED.
The maintenance will now take place on 23 and 24, September between 08:00 and 10:00 CEST on both days. To ensure our online payment platform remains secure, reliable, and innovative, we periodically update our test and production environments with the latest security enhancements.
Monitoring of the changes will start at 08:00 CEST on 23/09/2025 and end at 16:00 CEST on 24/09/2025. This schedule enables monitoring and any necessary follow-up actions
During the above timeframes, your customers may experience minor interruptions in the connection to the payment systems. Our team of experts will be closely monitoring the environment throughout the entire maintenance window to ensure a smooth process.
