Upcoming Maintenance at Worldline - Rescheduled to 28th October and 29th October 2025

Scheduled for Oct 28, 08:00 CET  -  Oct 29, 10:00 CET

Scheduled

Please be informed that the upcoming maintenance for Worldline's production environment has been rescheduled to 28th October and 29th October 2025.

We will implement TLS cipher hardening across our production environment on 28th October and 29th October 2025 by removing the weak EDH+AESGCM cipher suites.
EECDH+AESGCM ciphers (modern/stronger) will continue to be supported.

Maintenance window

Dates: 28th October and 29th October 2025
Execution: daily 08:00 - 10:00 CET
Monitoring window: 08:00 on 28th October to 16:00 on 29th October 2025

Impact

During the execution window, connections using EDH-based ciphers may fail.
Connections using modern EECDH-based ciphers will remain unaffected.
TLS handshakes will negotiate using secure cipher suites after the change.

What you may need to do

Please verify you are not using one of these unsupported ciphers and move to the supported EECDH+AESGCM ciphers.
Test your integration after the window.

Post-change validation

We will monitor service health and confirm successful completion. We will notify you of any issues.

Thank you for your understanding as we improve security.
