Our technical teams have identified the cause of this disruption and the problem has been resolved at 08:44 CEST.

We have identified a technical issue (increase in HTTP 500 error) with processing refunds since Today, (30/07/2025) at 07:30 CEST.
However, rest assured that the general transaction flow has not been affected and the other payment processing services are working under normal operating conditions.
A dedicated team has been deployed to investigate the situation as a matter of urgency with the aim to resolve the issue.
An update will be provided shortly.
